DOES COMB TEST ON ANIMALS
We’re avid animal lovers (actually obsessed) and believe in cruelty-free & environmentally friendly production and testing.
COMB products are animal centric so we choose to only test our products on humans. And, they love it!
IS COMB DAILY HAIR OIL SUITABLE FOR ALL HAIR TYPES?
COMB Daily Hair Oil was designed to suit all hair types and needs. Based on your hair type, you can choose the amount of oil to dispense and use.
Hair usually needs hydration and Daily Hair Oil is created to intensify hair health and hydration without making it oily or greasy. Click here for more info on how to use.
DO COMB DAILY HAIR & FACE OIL'S HAVE AN EXPIRATION DATE
We recommend using within 12 months of opening, however the lifespan is up to 3 years. For longevity of your oils, ensure lid is closed tight on your bottle after use and stored in room temperature within your bathroom cabinet away from direct sunlight to not affect the quality of the oil.
ARE COMB PRODUCTS SAFE TO USE DURING PREGNANCY?
To our knowledge, there are no risks associated with using our formulation in the manner we prescribe during pregnancy. However, we always advise women who are pregnant to seek independent advice from their health practitioner first.
CAN COMB PRODUCTS BE USED ON SENSITIVE SKIN TYPES?
Yes, infact COMB oils help with all sorts of skin ailments! Although we do recommend a patch test 24 hours before using the COMB treatment as designed.
WHY MANUKA HONEY?
Mānuka is a natural powerhouse of antibacterial and anti fungal properties and helpful in the treatment and prevention of a range of skin conditions. While its nourishing and restorative healing properties help contribute to smooth and supple skin. Honey is naturally hydrating as it attracts and traps moisture, hydrating without creating an oily feel.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
Once an order has been placed, we usually process within one to two business days. Orders placed on public holidays and weekends will be processed the next business day.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, ApplePay and GPay. All payments are processed securely with Shopify Payments and PayPal payments.
DOES COMB SHIP TO MY COUNTRY
We currently ship to New Zealand, Australia, UK and USA for free. If your country is not listed, please send us an email and we can try to arrange this for you.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
You will receive an email notification once the order has been fulfilled and dispatched. The email will contain a tracking number for you to check for updates on delivery times.

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
We trust you’ll love COMB products, however, if in the case you are unsatisfied we offer a 14 day returns policy at customers own expense. Please note for best results it can take up to 30 days to see improvement in overall hair condition.
